De SHS-serie kogelomloopgeleidingen van THK is uitgerust met een innovatieve kogelketting. Deze kogelketting voorkomt dat de kogels direct puntcontact met elkaar maken en zorgt voor een gelijkmatige verdeling van de belasting. Het resultaat is een stille en soepele loop, minder slijtage en een aanzienlijk langere levensduur van de geleiding. Bovendien wordt de smering verbeterd doordat het smeermiddel beter tussen de kogels verdeeld blijft, wat de onderhoudsintervallen verlengt en de bedrijfszekerheid verhoogt.
De rail is voorzien van vier nauwkeurig geslepen kogelbanen die garant staan voor hoge precisie en stabiliteit. Dankzij de vier rijen kogels, geplaatst onder een contacthoek van 45 graden, biedt de SHS-serie een uniforme belastbaarheid in alle richtingen. Dat maakt deze geleiding ideaal voor uiteenlopende toepassingen waarin nauwkeurigheid, betrouwbaarheid en duurzaamheid centraal staan, zoals CNC-machines, meetapparatuur en automatiseringssystemen.
