THK SVR / SVS kogelomloopgeleidingen: robuuste oplossingen voor zware machinebouw
De lineaire SVR- en SVS-kogelomloopgeleidingen van THK zijn voorzien van een geïntegreerde kogelketting en ontwikkeld voor toepassingen in de zware machinebouw. Beide series bieden een hoge belastbaarheid, lange levensduur en stabiele prestaties onder zware omstandigheden.
De SVR-reeks is geoptimaliseerd voor hoge belastingen in radiale richting. Dit maakt deze geleiding geschikt voor toepassingen met dominante verticale krachten, zoals portaalassen, zwenkarmen of zware verticale verplaatsingen. De robuuste constructie en symmetrische opbouw dragen bij aan een hoge stijfheid en minimale doorbuiging bij belasting.
De SVS-serie is gelijk belastbaar in alle richtingen. Dit betekent dat radiale, omgekeerd radiale en zijdelingse belastingen even goed worden opgevangen. Hierdoor is deze uitvoering geschikt voor toepassingen met complexe krachten, zoals meerassige systemen of onregelmatige belastingspatronen.
Beide series zijn uitgerust met scrapers die de kogelomloopgeleiding beschermen tegen binnendringen van verontreinigingen zoals spanen, stof of vloeistoffen. Dit verhoogt de betrouwbaarheid, minimaliseert onderhoud en verlengt de levensduur van het systeem. De kogelketting voorkomt contact tussen de kogels, wat wrijving vermindert en smeermiddel vasthoudt.
LM Systems levert de SVR- en SVS-geleidingen volledig klantspecifiek. Denk aan afstemming van voorspanning, eindbewerking van de rails, coating of integratie in samengestelde modules.
