Nadella by Rollon Rolbloc

Nadella Rolbloc, part of Nadella by Rollon, is a linear roller guide designed for machine structures subject to heavy loads and demanding environmental conditions. The system combines prismatic steel guide rails with steel carriages equipped with tapered rollers. This makes Rolbloc suitable for applications in which the guide system must withstand substantial forces and moments.

The guide rails feature hardened raceways and are available with different surface finishes. The steel carriages contain two or four roller units with tapered rollers. This design makes Rolbloc an option for industrial machinery where load capacity, stability and resistance to contamination are important selection criteria.

What should you consider when selecting Rolbloc?

When selecting Nadella by Rollon Rolbloc, the starting points are the applied loads, stroke length and mounting arrangement. In addition to the mass of the moving assembly, the position of its centre of gravity must also be considered. An off-centre load generates moments on the carriages. In applications exposed to dust, chips or other contaminants, raceway protection, lubrication and maintenance accessibility require particular attention. The appropriate measures depend on the operating environment and machine usage.
