Principle
The AXLT linear axis from NTN-SNR are linear axis with a compact construction height and built-up guides in a parallel arrangement with ball screw drive. The AXLT linear axis are particularly suitable for high loads and moments due to the solid aluminum base plate.
Profile
The AXLT program consists of 4 profile widths
The available options are: 155, 225, 325, and 455.
Drive
By using rolled ball screws as the drive, high loads can be driven with high accuracy. For each linear axis, various options are available regarding the lead of the ball screw (pitch per revolution). For the highest accuracies, the ball screw nuts can also be delivered preloaded.
Guide
AXLT linear axis use integrated rail guides in a parallel arrangement. The rail guides are extremely suitable for demanding and highly dynamic applications. Additionally, a low-noise movement is achieved, and the product is maintenance-friendly. The re-lubrication interval of the ball chain guides is approximately 5.000 km (depending on environmental conditions).

In addition to the standard linear axis, a wide range of additional options is available. We offer a broad selection of mounting options, reducers, as well as, for example, coupling shafts and sensors.
