The EBB ball screw from THK is characterized by:
Standard dimensions
The dimensions comply with DIN and ISO standards. By using a ball screw with standard dimensions, you reduce the risk in your machine design.
Accuracy
As standard, we supply EBB ball screws in rolled C7 accuracy. This achieves a positioning accuracy of ±50 µm per 300 mm stroke length. If higher accuracy is required, the EBB ball screw is also available in C5 or C3 accuracy.
Available backlash-free
For applications where axial backlash is not permitted, we can supply the EBB backlash-free.
Up to 4 meters
EBB ball screws from diameter 25 are available in lengths up to 4 meters. This allows long strokes to be realized using a ball screw.
End machining
LM Systems can supply ball screws with end machining upon request. This means you receive a ready-to-install product. End machining can be done to standard specifications for our own bearing blocks (Go to bearing blocks) or customized according to your own drawing.
