Both series are designed as roller rail guides without a roller chain. Thanks to this design, they are suitable for situations where stable guidance under higher loads is required. For designs where installation space is limited, this product group is also available in a miniature version: the HRG series. New THK HRX roller rail guide saves maintenance time
Unexpected downtime costs money and causes frustration in the workshop. In the ERG series, THK has carefully considered the practical needs of maintenance technicians. The carriages are equipped with eight different relubrication positions. This allows you to decide during the design phase where the grease nipple will be placed, ensuring that the lubrication channel remains easily accessible in the machine.
In addition, this series offers a practical advantage for modifications or repairs. In systems with longer lengths, rails and carriages can be combined separately. Partial lengths can be exchanged independently in the future. If a section unexpectedly wears due to external factors, that partial length can be replaced specifically, without the entire rail construction having to be modified immediately.
