The lightweight aluminum linear guides from Dr. Tretter are approximately 60% lighter than steel linear guides. The rails are made of aluminum, with stainless steel inlays used for the raceways. These guides are available in sizes 15 through 25 and share the same dimensions as many other types of linear guides. The dynamic load rating is based on a travel distance of 100 km. Carriages are available in two width variants.
