This linear guide has been developed for applications such as chip production, precision mechanical assembly, and medical equipment. The AHR series stands out technically due to:
- Maximum acceleration of 300 m/s² and speeds up to 5 m/s
- Low sliding resistance thanks to two-point contact based on arc-shaped ball raceways
- Same mounting dimensions as existing miniature linear guides, making them easily interchangeable
- Significantly reduced ‘waving’ (microvariations in linear motion) due to four rows of ball raceways with smaller ball diameter
- Available in sizes 9, 12, and 15 mm, each with three block variants (S, M, N)
The AHR series can be supplied with micron-level preload on request, tailored to the required stiffness of the application.
