Principle
The LME linear actuators are cost-effective linear drives designed for use in a wide range of applications. Whether it is a single linear actuator with light loads or a system with multiple axes and high loads, there is always a suitable solution within the extensive LME program.
Profile
The LME program consists of 5 sizes of aluminum profiles. The profiles are developed to achieve very high rigidity in combination with a compact design.
The available profile sizes are: 20×20, 40×40, 60×60, 80×80, and 100×100.
Drive
HTD polyurethane timing belts reinforced with steel cords are used. These timing belts are characterized by high power transmission. By pre-tensioning these timing belts on the linear actuator, high accuracy is achieved without the risk of belt slippage. The timing belts have a parabolic tooth profile, which reduces noise.
Guide
The LME linear actuator exclusively use THK linear guides to ensure the highest quality.
Standard THK linear guides are equipped with Caged Ball Technology. These are extremely suitable for demanding and highly dynamic applications. Additionally, a low-noise movement is achieved, and it is a maintenance-friendly product. The re-lubrication interval of the linear guides with Caged Ball Technology is approximately 5.000 km (depending on environmental conditions).
Options
In addition to the standard linear guides, a wide range of additional options is available. We offer various mounting options, reducers, as well as coupling shafts and sensors. We are happy to inform you about the most suitable configuration for your application.
