The toothed belt drives the table, with idlers and guides mounted underneath. LinMotion offers both toothed belt drives from NTN-SNR and its own LinMotion Economic (LME) models.

Wide applicability modules with toothed belt drive
The NTN-SNR modules with toothed belt drive are highly versatile, ranging from single modules to complete XYZ systems. Both single and parallel guidance can be integrated within a single aluminum profile. With this type of module, you can choose between ball chain technology or roller guides. The advantage of ball chain technology lies in its low maintenance and quiet operation, while also enabling high-speed performance with gears. Additionally, NTN-SNR’s AXF program provides a solution for hygienic environments, such as in the food and pharmaceutical industries.
For a cost-effective solution, we offer LME timing belt-driven modules, ideal for a wide range of applications. Whether it’s a single module with light loads or a multi-axis system with heavy loads, these modules come standard with THK runners and ball chain technology. The extensive LME program ensures there’s always a suitable solution for your needs.
